The Tri-Ad Academy and Training Center
The Tri-Ad Academy provides opportunities for individuals to participate in everyday life skills. The program offers training in daily living, independent living, money management, and employment opportunities. At the Tri-Ad Academy, we strive to provide the least restrictive environment based on each individual’s needs.
Community Integration
What is community integration? Community integration is the opportunity to live in the community and be valued for one’s uniqueness and abilities, like everyone else. This is vital for the continued development of the individuals we serve, helping optimize their personal, social, and vocational competency to live successfully in the community.
Residential Services
D&M currently operates a number of group homes in two (2) counties. These homes have 1 to 3 individuals living in each home with a 24-hour Direct Care staff. The homes are serviced monthly by Cook’s Pest Control and Perfect Lawn Care. The homes (and staff) are also supervised daily to maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful living environment for the individuals being served. D&M also owns 4 company vehicles, including (3) 7-passenger vans and (1) 15-passenger van, to transport individuals to doctor’s/dentist appointments, recreational activities, and home visits as requested by their families. We highly encourage family interactions with the individuals we serve. We strive daily to make D&M a home away from home.
